- dried salted fish of cod, saithe, ling and brosmer
- dried salted fillets of cod, ling and brosmer (with or without skin)
- wet salted cod and ling
- wet salted fillets of cod, ling and brosmer (with or without skin)
- frozen lightsalted cod
- frozen desalted fish (this means that the wet & dried salted fish have been soaked into water, cut and packed into retail-packages or in bulk for institutional use
- wet and/or dried salted cod in pieces, skinless and boneless (migas/desfiado)
